Our new 2006 Library is available totally online. This new edition contains over 3,000 packages. Each with their respective dimensioned land pattern per package in individual pdf files. The included sections cover the entire breadth of SMT Packages. By using the online search engine you may quickly locate the specific package and pattern you are looking for. Search parameters include the number of leads, pitch, and package type. The package mechanicals are dimensioned using nominal dimensions. Maximum dimensions are only used for high reliability packages or for component height. This extensive library is the result of over 20 years of experience specifically in SMT design and manufacturing by James C. Blankenhorn. This library is the leading source for pattern information in the SMT industry with over 1,500 companies as customers. The library is more extensive and current than the IPC library with patterns optimized for maximum yields and minimum rework. In addition to 1 year of unlimited access an added feature for our customers is we offer free pattern support for up to 25 patterns for Single Users and 50 for Site Licenses. If at anytime the package information is not available in our library the mechanical information can be emailed to us and we will send you back a dimensioned land pattern in a pdf format. This service is available to those who are current subscribers only. Non-subscribers may request patterns; if they are already in our library the fee is $5 and if it is a new pattern the fee is $25 each. We recommend this library to those who would like to have a paperless online system that is kept up to date with the constant addition of new patterns throughout the year.
